JOB POSITION/TITLE
Payroll Clerk

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic Function and Responsibilities:

• Gather information of employees’ attendance/absenteeism and other required information from all divisions.

• Prepare documentation to record all payroll related transactions and coordinate with Finance department.

• Prepare on timely, monthly basis payroll, annual bonus and related statements taking into consideration the cut of date.

• Prepares salary certificates, maintains employee leave records, overtime, sending pay slips and maintaining bank records and other employee records related to payroll.

• Produce reports to the line Managers, Directors, Management Team and whenever required.

• Maintaining the confidentiality of all personal and pay related information of the system.


Experience & Qualification:

• Diploma holder in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 3 years experience in payroll and related functions.

• IT literate and strong knowledge of HRMS systems.

• Good English communication skills.

JOB POSITION/TITLE

JOB DESCRIPTION
Basic Function and Responsibilities:

• Ensures timely payment of salary and other dues of employees on due dates and ensures Payroll and related activities are handled efficiently.

• Ensures proper records are maintained for all employees for payroll and related functions.

• Verifying the salary structure for New Joiners & Final settlement for resigned employees.

• Proper documentation to record all payroll related transactions.

• Ensures in coordination with Manager / Head – Financial Accounts, all transactions are processed through Finance department.

• Coordination with External and internal Auditor for completion of audit on a timely basis for payroll related activity.



Experience & Qualification:

• Graduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or equivalent Qualification with a minimum of 4 years experience in payroll and related functions.

• IT literate and strong knowledge of HRMS systems.

• Good English communication skills.
